My Trip to Texas

Hello, my name is Meagan and I am going to tell you about my trip to Texas.

It all began on the Wednesday after Christmas. I was busy packing for my first long trip without my mom. After packing all the stuff I needed and spending time with my mom, I went to spend time with my grandma.

The next morning I got up at 7:00 am and got dressed. At 9:00 am my dad came and picked me up in the van he rented.

After picking me up, my dad and me went to his parents house to pick them up. At 2:30 pm we were on the road. All I can remember about the rest of the day was me falling asleep and waking up at 9:00 pm to stay in a hotel.

The next day we woke up at 7:30 am and were on the road again. Like I said, once again I fell asleep and didn't wake until 5:00 in the afternoon when we arrived at my cousin's house. The next day we went go-cart racing and I came in first place. Then we went home and went to bed. For the next three days I hung around the house and watched some tv. Then Monday, we went to see where JFK got shot. The Tuesday we said goodbye and left for Georgia. That night we stopped at a hotel right beside the Mississippi River. The next morning I had sour stomach and was asleep all day. Then at 9:00 pm while we were in Atlanta it started to snow so we got delayed. Finally after 2 hours and 30 minutes, we were at my Grandma's safe and sound. I mean sound asleep. ZZZZZ
